This is a rare Patek Philippe pocket watch reference 609. It was made in the 1930's with a staybrite steel case and a fantastic two tone sector dial! This is the most beautiful dial Patek made and it is even more special as it was retailed by Serpico Y Laino in Caracas Venezuela.
