This is an extremely rare Patek Philippe reference 2496 retailed by Serpico Y Laino. The case is very unique with a sharp hobnail pattern throughout and is tank style at 23.5x32mm. The dial is original and both the dial and case are marked Serpico Y Laino which was an important retailer based in Caracas, Venezuela. This watch is the only known Serpico 2496 to us and is truly one of the most aesthetically dynamic watches ever made by Patek!
