Patek Philippe Ref. 2420 Retailed by Cartier

This is an extremely rare Patek Philippe ref. 2420 retailed by Cartier. This is one of the rarest and most sought after double signatures and it’s quite special to see the retailer above Patek’s name on the dial. The case is 35mm with an interesting inscription and Cartier inventory numbers on the lug. The dial is original with raised enamel and does have spots and stains although it is not distracting on the wrist. The hands are later and crown is replaced. Overall it is a lovely reference on the wrist and collecting retailed Pateks is such an exciting segment of collecting.
