Patek Philippe Pre-Reference Tank

This is a rare Patek Philippe from the 1920's. This watch was made before Patek was using reference numbers for wristwatches. The original dial is lovely with applied Breguet numerals and the case is 18k white and yellow gold. The combination of Breguet dial, two tone case, and curved crystal, makes it a fantastic watch on the wrist!
