This is a rare 1960's Patek Philippe Calatrava in mint original condition! This is a reference 3420 but unlike most examples, it has a Roman Numeral dial and black hands. This combination is very modern and striking on the wrist. The condition of this watch is truly exceptional with a mint dial and sharp case. It also has its original buckle. Finding vintage Patek in this condition is very unusual and the watch is lovely on the wrist!
